A good 95% of teenagers get bored, and what happens when teens get bored? They create their own fun. For them to come up with something entertaining usually involves dangerous activities or something illegal. A judge from New Zealand, Judge XYZ called teenagers crybabies for for not acting like adults. He stated that teens aren't owed fun by their town nor parents. Judge XYZ is expecting teens to save the world, that teenagers owe the world their time and energy to stop poverty and and serious first world problems. It's difficult to do anything when you're being insulted and expected to do so much.
Some people might think insulting is good way to motivate, to push someone forward. This is not true for teenagers. To push a teen forward, you need to motivate them. Get them hyped up, throw them a pee-rally. Insulting can only do so much til you start to push a person down instead of forward. At this rate they'll start a riot. Imagine a riot of depressed kids.
Judge XYZ said "Your town does not owe you  recreational facilities...". The town should invest in recreational buildings. It wouldn't be a give and receive transaction, it's be a give and take investment. The town would provide a location for teenagers to group or to have something to do. The town is investing in its' teenagers, if they stay off the streets and are kept out of trouble, one day they could become someone of importance. They'll become responsible adults and can contribute to society. The town would literally be investing for the future.
If all the billionaires and millionaire in the world could get together and save the world from war, and solve the problems, I'm sure they would. Judge XYZ stated " You owe it [the world] your time, energy, and talent so that no one will be at war , in poverty, or sick and lonely again". If it were possible foe all the teens to get together, they still couldn't stomp out all the first world probelems. War, hate crimes, world hunger, poverty are things even adults can't terminate. How does Judge XYZ expect inexperienced teens to do the job that people with power can't do.
In conclusion, Judge XYZ doesn't have a complete picture f the average teenager. He's expecting too much of a group of people who are ignored in society. They cant do much, and the little they can are being shot down because of negligence

What make you happy, what are you passionate about? If you're passionate about something , if it makes you happy, and if you always look forward to an activity. You're passionate.

There  are three things that i'm always looking forward to, drawing, writing, and reading. Somewhat  cliche,I know, but being creative is something that comes naturally to me. I'm an imaginative person, I can make up a fantasy story right on the spot. I give thanks to all my hobbies. I take pride in my creativity, and like visiting DIY (Do It Yourself) sites, learning and adding to my collection of tricks and skills.

List hobbies (and things i like to do)
 *Drawing   *Painting
*Tumbling  *Singing in the shower (lol)
*Reading     *Designing shoes/clothes
*Writing      *Cooking

I don't always have time for everything, so i just set up mini project for each categories. One week I'd work on finish reading a book, and the next working on mastering a new recipe, and maybe the week after that I'll work on a mural on my wall. I guess it's a game of pacing yourself, if you're interested in more than one thing. If you do something you like you'll be at peace of mind (at least while you're doing your hobby).

I do what I like, and what I like keeps me busy. Finishing my schoolwork is always my first priority, but once I have an hour or so of free time, it's creativity time. Getting to my point, when you're a teen and are about to apply for a college and or a job, you want to seem well rounded, not fat, but that you were very involved in in-school activities and out-school activities. Employers/ colleges not only want to know what clubs you are in in school. They also want to know what you do with your free time, if you have hobbies, if you play an instrument for fun, if you're involved in a church related club. They want to know what you do with yourself when you don't have work to do.

Do pets aid a persons mood, from sad to content? I think pets bring joy not only to the owner but also the people around it. My family is a great example; two months ago we got a puppy (Pictured at left). It wasn’t just his adorable face that makes you smile, it's his whole personality. We decided to name him Shirley Holmes, derived from the infamous Sherlock Holmes, because he was very observant of his surroundings. Shirley is playful no matter what time of day, he won over everyone’s' hearts. When i say everyone, i mean EVERYONE. My mum takes him to work with her (a Coin Laundry), and he's adored by every single customer who comes through the door. Since Shirley is only a baby, people tend to carry him, he feels soft and it's just like literally holding a bundle of joy.
There's something about having a pet, or playing with someone else’s. There's a certain calm that comes over you when you pet one, and a sense of childhood when you play with one. It's not only dogs, any pet that you can be interactive with, probably not a goldfish due to its boundaries. If you were to ask me would I prefer a dog or a thousand dollars, let’s just say I’ll be working very hard to buy some chew toys.
There are of course people with irrational fear of animals; maybe they had a bad experience. Coming near a dog (or animal) right down scares them. I think they should one, get help, or two begin to enjoy living with a pet and get over their fear. Also, people who are allergic to dogs (or the certain type of pet they want), if their allergies aren't too bad they should often visit a friend with a domestic pet, and play with them, but wash their hands well after words. Now for the people with harsh allergic reactions, they should a Tomagotchi or an online virtual pet. The idea of playing with a pet is still there though if virtual.
